Limited Edition comes with special '54 pickups, but one of the previous owners of this guitar replaced them with Eric Johnson pickups made by Fender Custom Shop. Also the tuners have been upgraded to Sperzel locking tuners. My personal opinion is that if you have a limited edition guitar in original condition, don't change anything (in the name of re-sale value). The damage is done on this one, so I can just enjoy the better pickups and tuners.
